This is an event for the EGM called formally in the 21/22 Winter Season newsletter to all members. The main purpose of this EGM will be to approve the Revisions made to the Constitution and Byelaws by the Executive Committee over the last month. This will be sent out on Pitchero to all members on the 31st day of August 2021.

If anyone has any changes they wish to be made to the document or any other issues to raise, these should be sent to the following email address at least 7 days prior to the EGM:
