Harborne Mens 4s –4, Solihull Blossomfield Mens 2s – 2
Solihull Blossomfield Mens 2s travelled to Harborne for their latest league game. After a pretty equal first 15 minutes Bloss fell behind to a goal from open play. Harborne dominated the rest of the first half although Bloss mainly held them at bay. However, a penalty flick and a goal scored from an acute angle on the by-line, meant Harborne led 3-0 at the break. Afterwards however, the tide turned with Bloss camped in the Harborne half. A Tim Horlser strike from a penalty corner was followed by an Andy Rice strike from open play. However, as Bloss chased an equaliser in the last minute Harborne broke away to clinch the game 4-2.
