It was a tense start to top of the table clash between Solihull Blossomfield Ladies 3’s and Coventry & North Warwick 2’s. Coventry played well at the start, pressurising the Bloss defence and after 20m minutes scored through a reverse stick flick passed the defender and keeper. Shortly after Bloss struck back via a Jo Hine precision strike from a short corner. After the break, Bloss started to dominate with Sian Musgreave-Spiby scoring a brace in open play, player of the match Katie Willard scoring her first senior goal and Hannah Shoreson taking on the keeper in an individual goal to take the final score to 5-1 and maintain their position as league leaders.
