Bloss got off to a good start with some end to end play agains KL. A counter attack from KL saw them score their first goal catching Bloss on the back foot. Bloss responded in a matter of minutes with good attacking play down the right hand side leading to a shot in the air towards goal by BJ which was batted down in to the goal by Elis to level the playing field.

KL then came out hard giving Bloss keeper Ollie a fair bit to do & some cracking saves were made keeping Bloss in the game. Bloss then won and were unable to convert on a few short corners. Likewise leamington won short corners which were denied by Bloss’ defence.

KL again put the pressure on and managed to score another goal from open play due to a lapse of concentration in the Bloss defence. This left KL 2-1 ahead at half time.

Again the first half of the second half was fairly level with both sides showing some good attacking displays and some pretty end to end play. Bloss again won a couple of short corners, the second of which was capitalised on by a cracking shot by Clara from the right of the D! KL fought back hard condensing the play in to the Bloss defensive half and ensure the defence were kept on their toes. Bloss defence kept on the ball and denied any further goals by KL leaving the final score at 2 all.
